Theresa is Vice President and Senior Commercial Title Officer. Her day to day responsibilities include the proper handling of Virginia Commercial Settlements. Theresa has served in the title insurance industry from 1985 to present. She worked for Safeco Title, before joining the Fidelity National Financial family of title providers with Chicago Title and Fidelity National Title. Theresa’s experience in the industry includes title examination and residential underwriting.

Virginia Commercial underwriter for all types of commercial transactions involving the sale and/or financing of commercial property, including new development, construction, multi-parcels, shopping centers, condominiums, mixed use development and other complex transactions.

Theresa received her Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Mary Washington College in 1982. She also holds a Paralegal Certificate she received from the National Center for Paralegal Training in Atlanta, GA in 1983.
