Sharon serves as Vice President and Senior Commercial Title Officer for the Richmond NCS operation. Her depth of experience comes from her long career in the title industry of over 20 years. Sharon conducts the underwriting and closings of single and multi-site commercial transactions within the Commonwealth of Virginia. Her expertise extends the full spectrum of complex commercial real estate projects including resale, refinances, mixed-use developments and assemblages for new construction.
