Mary is a commercial title insurance industry veteran. In 2000, she left Lawyers Title to assist with opening a Richmond office for Fidelity National Title Insurance Company. With a focus on nationally oriented clients, her experience as a commercial title officer has been broad based. Mary has worked on all types of commercial assets in both single and multisite scenarios but she has developed a strong reputation for her expertise in negotiating title coverage and coordinating settlement for medical office buildings and hospitals.

Examples of multisite transactions Mary has coordinated include 117 medical office buildings valued in excess of $500 million, 43 psychiatric facilities totaling $450 million and several retail portfolios with over 150 sites each. Her highest valued single site transaction to date was a hospital purchase for $90 million. In addition to her extensive knowledge and experience, Mary provides her clients with a positive attitude and creative problem solving skills.
