Lisa K. Tully is Vice President and Senior Underwriting Counsel for the Fidelity National Title Group of underwriters, which include Fidelity National Title Insurance Company, Chicago Title Insurance Company and Commonwealth Land Title Insurance Company. Lisa began her career in the title insurance industry in 1988 with Lawyers Title prior to its merger with Fidelity National.

Lisa joined Fidelity National Title’s Richmond National Commercial Services (NCS) operation in 2015 as Senior Underwriting Counsel. In this capacity she analyzes the risks associated with commercial title insurance policy and endorsement coverages for Virginia as well as multi-state transactions. Lisa also acts as a resource to the company’s employees and customers, and oversees underwriting for the division to assure excellent service to our local and national customers. She handles regulatory issues for the office to ensure compliance with company directives and state law. Lisa also represents the company in the Richmond real estate community by attendance at real estate related events and membership in industry associations.

Whether a local single site or a complex multi-state, multi-site transaction, I apply the depth and breadth of all my experience to ensure every transaction receives the highest level of care and attention.


Lisa speaks regularly to title insurance industry groups, lending organizations and real estate attorneys on real property and title insurance issues. She is a member of the Virginia Bar Association and a member of the Executive Committee of the Richmond Bar Association Real Estate Section. Lisa is a member of CREW Richmond; a member of Greater Richmond Association for Commercial Real Estate; and member and former director of the Virginia Land Title Association. Lisa received a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Richmond and a Juris Doctor from its law school.

Lisa is former chair of the board of directors of Camp Hanover, a Presbyterian camp serving underprivileged children, and current member of its Development Committee. She is President, Horizons Village Property Owners Association. Along with her husband, Bob, Lisa enjoys rehabbing her 1880’s house in an historic Richmond neighborhood. She also enjoys spending time with her children and grandchildren, skiing, hiking, kayaking, cooking and reading.
