Justin Duncan serves as Vice President and Commercial Counsel for Fidelity National Title’s National Commercial Services (NCS) operation located in Richmond, Virginia. Prior to joining the Richmond NCS in 2022, Justin worked out of the D.C. NCS from 2017 and was previously underwriting counsel for Commonwealth Land Title Insurance Company in New Hampshire. Prior to working with Fidelity/Commonwealth, he handled foreclosures in Massachusetts and New Hampshire.

Justin has presented on behalf of Commonwealth Land Title and Fidelity National Title at seminars on foreclosure issues in New Hampshire and New Hampshire case law. He has a B.S. in Biology and a minor in History from the University of New Hampshire and received his J.D. from Thomas Jefferson School of Law. He is admitted to practice law in Maryland, D.C., New Hampshire, and Massachusetts.

Justin currently resides in Takoma Park with his wife, two daughters, and dog. When he is not spending time at work or with his family, he is a competitive disc golfer. Justin is formerly a Division I swimmer and was a member of the Sailing Club while at the University of New Hampshire.
