Beth Rennie serves as Vice President, Operations Manager for Fidelity National Title’s Richmond National Commercial Services (NCS) operation. Beth began her career in the industry in 1990 while still in college working part time at Lawyers Title. During this time she learned to search titles, handle recordings, and underwrite. Beth eventually moved over to LandAmerica to start what became known as One Stop where she managed a team of national underwriters and recorders. She joined Fidelity in 1999 and took over operations of the Mid-Atlantic Regional Agency Department. With the support of IT and Corporate, Beth turned the operation into one of the largest agency operations in the country. Bottom line, she has done it all from A to Z in the title insurance industry.
I strive to help our office run as smoothly and efficiently as possible. With the intricacies of commercial transactions, the easier it is for our personnel to conduct business, the happier our customers will be.
In 1999 Beth was awarded the Circle of Excellence Award as part of Fidelity National Title Exceptional Employees Program. She has a B.A. in English from Virginia Commonwealth University.
Beth is an active volunteer participant with Hands On Greater Richmond along with her two sons. She believes it is important to teach her boys to always give back, no matter their own circumstances. Beth grew up in Deltaville, Virginia, a small fishing village, with horses, dogs and all things water. She currently resides in Richmond with her two sons and their Catahoula rescue, all of whom keep her very busy.
