Michelle serves as Commercial Title Coordinator for Fidelity National Title’s Richmond National Commercial Services (NCS) operation. She began her career in the industry in 1998 and joined the Richmond NCS team in 2020. Michelle ensures all post-closing processes are completely accurately, in a timely manner, and in accordance with company guidelines. She also tracks and obtains releases as needed, reviews escrow balances and 1099 information for accuracy.

Michelle graduated from J. Sergeant Reynolds with an associates of science degree in Social Sciences. Originally from New Mexico, she currently resides in Mechanicsville, Virginia. Michelle coached little league cheerleading for seven years and is a fan of Virginia Tech football and the Dallas Cowboys. She enjoys painting, crafting with friends, gardening, fishing, and playing with her pit bull mix rescue, Quinnie Belle.
